I thought it was great. A play that I very much like and have seen twice before and this was the best of the three productions by far (ok one was at SLT).
I thought it benefitted from the close up setting rather than the big West End theatre which I saw the original production in. Ross Boatman and the guy playing Stephen most impressed me amongst a uniformly strong cast.
I would thoroughly recommend it.

Yes.. but would it not be as good in a bigger theatre? |

Indeed. It will lose something in the translation to a bigger theatre and I am very glad I got to go at The Choccy Factory.
On the plus side however more people will get to see it and a fine cast of actors get well deserved continued employment.
I might go again. |
